On June 2, 2025, Battle Ground launched a new records platform called JustFOIA. This portal manages all requests from that date on. The 2026 fee schedule is straightforward. Printed copies cost 15 cents per page. Scanning runs 10 cents per page. Electronic files cost 5 cents per four files. Electronic transmission is 10 cents per gigabyte. Body worn camera redaction costs $33.60 per hour, and the city may ask for a 10% deposit up front. A returned check costs $40. These fees follow state guidelines under RCW 42.56.120.
